In 2005, Patricia Pereyra had the opportunity to meet the Peruvian poet and visual artist Jorge Eduardo Eielson, who agreed to receive her at his homes in Sardinia and Milan, and also allowed her to interview him and his artist and art critic friends in Paris and New York. Months later, in 2006, Eielson died at the age of 82 from cancer, which he had chosen to endure in silence, leaving this material as the last historical record of his life.
